By downloading or using Sleep Toll ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Sleep Toll is an iOS application that calculates your rolling 30-day sleep debt using data from Apple HealthKit. The App is provided by Vectorate LLC ("we", "us").
The App stores all data locally on your device. We do not operate servers, collect personal data, or require an account. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The App is free to download and use. Optional premium features are available as a subscription processed by Apple. All purchases are subject to Apple's Standard EULA and Apple's refund policies.
All sleep and preference data is stored exclusively on your device. We have no access to it. You are responsible for backing up your device if you wish to preserve your data. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all associated data.
Sleep Toll is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The App calculates an estimate of cumulative sleep debt based on self-reported sleep goals and data recorded by your Apple Watch. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Consult a healthcare professional for medical advice.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices or iOS versions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vectorate LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App, including loss of data.
We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted at sleeptoll.app/terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
